Our Policy

We want you to love your PILORJAIPUR purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email our support team at returns@pilorjaipur.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
